There is such a great variety of produce available online this week, as well as pastured poultry, pork, and grass fed beef, farm fresh eggs, honey, and all natural home and personal products. I’ve included a recipe below that I hope will inspire you to try something new using products you purchase from our local farmers, makers, and bakers. The Stuffed Patty Pan Squash recipe sounds so good and uses patty pan squash available from Arkansabi Farms,ground beef & bacon available from R Family Farm, eggs available from Payne Farm or R Family Farm, and it calls for dill but I think I would substitute kale which is available from Opossum Hollow Produce or Arkansabi Farms.
