Fall is quickly approaching and that means a transition from summer vegetables like tomatoes to more root vegetables, greens, and winter squash. A delightful change and your body will thank you for eating seasonal foods.

Sweet potatoes are here as well as fall new potatoes. Green beans are still available as well as peppers, cucumbers, squash, green tomatoes, and eggplant.

Our farmers have a great selection of pasture raised meats.

Perennial Gardens has quite a few plants listed, Payne Farms is back with eggs, and there are lots of baked goods and honey. Be sure to stock up on laundry detergent, hand soaps, and other personal care products and check out the art and craft items as well.

Eggs - Payne Farms

Good morning everyone!

Ericka with Payne Farms let me know that they will be taking off the weekend of Labor Day so be sure to order enough eggs to last through the next two weeks. They have plenty of egg inventory to do this for you.

Spread the word that our market is open online and that it is open year round so our customers can continue to purchase their favorite in season produce, meats, eggs, honey, baked goods, and locally hand crafted items!

It’s also Restock Wednesday so be sure to check and see if something you missed earlier in the week has been restocked.

If you’re already registered for POP Club, all you need to do is go to the Online Market website located at https://siloamsprings.locallygrown.net and order a FREE To Go Kit for your children. If this is your first month to participate please register your kiddos here: https://tinyurl.com/ssfmpopclub You only have to complete one form for all the kids.

Restock Wednesday! Be sure to check and see if your favorite items have been restocked!

Our farmers work hard growing produce for our community. It is always their desire to sell the best quality. If you ever have a problem or concern with the quality of your food items, please reach out to us at farmersmarket@mainstreetsiloam.org.

Once the market closes on Saturday at 11 a.m. we are typically there for 15 minutes or so putting things away so if you are a few minutes late you should still be able to pick up your order. If you are ever unable to make the pick up time please know that your order will be kept inside our office and stored appropriately. All you have to do is email farmersmarket@mainstreetsiloam.org to make arrangements to pick up your order. Someone is available Monday thru Friday. If you have selected to pay by credit card, our card will be charged on Saturday after market closes when we process all the orders. If you’re paying cash, check, SNAP, or Senior Coupons we will collect that when you pick up.
