On-Line Market is open!

Good Morning! We are Tom and Cheryl of Opossum Hollow Produce and we’re happy to be guest hosting the On-Line Market this week for Stacy who’s taking a little much deserved vacation time. In addition to the Market’s regular offering of eggs, pecans, mustards, baked goods, the Create4Good line up of products, coffee and carved wood items, Opossum Hollow is introducing woodland raised pork spare ribs to the market this week. Fantastic dry rubbed in the oven or on the grill these are sure to add a little variety to your new years day fare. We also have all our regular woodland raised pork products, lots of salad spring mix, lettuce, and more radishes this week, too. The warmer temperatures really have things coming on nicely.
