Red Cheetah Face Masks This face mask has 4 layers to it: a tightly woven cotton/cotton-polyester blend for the two outer layers and a non-woven fusible interfacing (Pellon 906F attached to the inside of both outer layers. Four layers might sound thick and hard to breathe through but it’s really not because of the light weight of the non-woven interfacing. I’ve sewn, into the mask, a flexible 1-3/4” Nose Bridge for comfort. The face mask attaches over the ears with a soft cotton spandex elastic. Every head and set of ears are a little different so I am leaving the elastic knot loose so a person or parent can adjust the knot so that it will best fit the head, face & ears. Slide the tied knot into the side sleeve so it doesn’t show. My family has used these for the last year and they have been washed countless times without any issues. However, the mask fabric may shrink slightly with the first washing due to the cotton content. It’s always best to wash the masks by hand. Thank you for checking out my handmade products!
